Number Service Billing Sample and Call Details (PLAN A "1-800
Follow Me" and PLAN B "1-800 Office")
This is a sample of toll free call billing and
call details. Both Plan A (1-800 Follow Me) and Plan B (1-800 Office Virtual
PBX) use the same rate (6.5 cents/min) and same billing increment (30
seconds min. and 6 second increment). The following sample is a Plan B
(1-800 Office Virtual PBX).
In the table, ID records the unique call
occurrence (This is really good to identify any possible problem for
technical support crew). Line is your toll free number. Date and Time records when the call was made. From TelNo identifies where the call was made from. To TelNo indicates which number the toll free call was forwarded to
(such as your office number or cell phone number). For Plan B "VPBX,"
VPBX is your main forwarding number. For Plan A "Follow Me," it
will be your forwarding number. To Country is where you received the call. For Plan B "VPBX,"
it is PBX main line. For Plan A "Follow Me," it is your
country, such as USA. Minutes and Cost. For call of 30 seconds, cost is 3 cents. For
call of 1.6 minutes, cost is 10 cents. For Plan B "VPBX" voicemail
message-taking (The time it takes a call to leave a message), 48 seconds
cost 5 cents.
